The Director of the Boxing Program is John Dean. John
provides old school boxing training with the most up-to-date training
techniques. Whether you’re a 10 & 0 professional looking
for world class status or some one who has always wanted to learn
the sweet science of boxing and just keep in shape or get in shape,John will succeed in helping you attain those goals and get you
in the best shape of your life.
All of our programs are available to both Men and Women. You
don't need to be a competitive fighter; we welcome anybody that
is willing to learn. Just bring an open mind and a positive attitude.
The Boxing class is also a great alternative to aerobics because
it has a strong emphasis on conditioning.
